My 8 year old sone and 5 year old daughter both love jujutsu. Ross and the team are brilliant with the little ones, whose confidence has grown massively since starting.
I've been attending Tai Jutsu Kai in Worcester for almost a year now and in the past 10 months or so I have learn't so much and have had the time of my life doing so. I would recommend anybody who is even remotely interested in martial arts or self defense to come along and give it a try, you will not be disappointed!
Attending training on a Monday is such a privilege! Sensei Ross and Sensei Lee are not to be beaten on ability and quality of teaching. Learning effective self defence techniques in both sport and traditional Jujutsu; it is so much fun and the healthiest, most empowering kind of addiction.
I go to the Monday class at St johns and its brilliant. We are taught by the inspirational Sensei Ross, but there are other Sensei there willing to guide, which is priceless. Everyone is friendly, the time goes too quickly but I always leave the class energised and happy. I am a 49 year old woman and I think this is the most rewarding fun sport I have ever tried. Thank you everyone.
I enjoy the lessons as it is good to know how to defend myself.
I love the lessons and find it useful if you are getting bullied at school as you learn how to defend yourself.
I have been learning since I was 9 years old and find the teaching really practical and relevant.
All my children continue to learn jujutsu, which not only is teaching them invaluable self defence, but also teaches discipline, self control and confidence.
The years of knowledge and experience that Sensei Ross has in Martial Arts, Self Defence and JuJutsu are obvious from the first lesson you ever have with him. His teaching is easy to follow, his style is practical and effective. If you're looking to start a martial art I highly recommend TJK !
